The height of a parking lot light can be determined by the application it will have, what activity or what for are you going to install it, if you will only need it for accessibility, protection and safety during night you may use poles from 14ft to 50ft. If the parking lot light is installed higher it will illuminate a wider area. If street lights are installed higher than 50ft they are called high-masts. But if you are planning to have sport activities, rehearsals, meetings, dances, fairs etc., you might need more light, to be able to see more detail, for those types of outdoor activities so in those cases you can use poles or installations from 14ft to 25ft depending on the wattage and quantity required you can get very good illumination at night. ARES SFM (Slip Fitter Mounting). The ARES SFM LED Parking Lot Light comes with a mounting cap that fits the top of the pole, it can be set to provide from 0 to 60 degree angle upward and downward and with increments of 15 degrees.
