According to the size of customers' buidling, give a general suggestion about the light lauout.

Many times it becomes quite difficult to decide what type of LED fixture to choose and install,  what the appropriate wattage or power is for my shop, building or application. What a good lighting layout or the appropriate spacing to get a good and efficient distribution and light spread is, these are very important aspects to consider when planning to upgrade from old lighting or for a brand new building.

Lighting is a very important aspect for any building or renovation project and the lighting layout and spacing should match interior features such as materials and painting colors. With a lighting layout you can get to know the number of fixtures you need the spacing and some other factors, such as lighting accessories, necessary to obtain better results and solutions for your project.

Hyperlite recommends different wattages for different ceiling heights when installing Hyperlite Linear High Bay Lights. For Will Series the general recommendation is to use 110w for ceilings at 10ft to 13ft, 160w for ceilings at 14ft to 17ft, 220w for ceilings at 18ft to 20ft and 320w for ceilings at 21ft or higher. And Sky Series use 200w for ceilings at 18ft to 20ft and 240w for ceilings at 21ft or higher.

Hyperlite Linear High Bay Lights are usually recommended for shops filled with shelves and showrooms where you need to have well-lit product areas.

For general layout suggestions if you are using Will Series 110w Linear High Bay Lights and planning to install the fixtures at 11ft high you can leave approximately 13ft to 14ft space between them to get a good spread of light and to get approximately 60fc on the floor. For spacing between the walls and the fixtures, you can leave 6ft to 7ft apart space.

If you are using Will Series 110w Linear High Bay Lights and planning to install the fixtures at 13ft high we suggest you to leave a 12ft to 15ft space between them to get a good distribution of light and to get approximately 60fc on the floor. For spacing between the wall and the fixture, you can leave 6ft to 7.5ft apart space.

Another example If you are using Will  Series 160w Linear High Bay Lights and planning to install the fixtures at 16ft high you may leave a distance of 15ft to 16ft between them to get a good spread of light and to get approximately 65fc on the floor. For spacing between the wall and the fixture, you can leave a 7.5ft distance.

Another example If you are using Will  Series 220w Linear High Bay Lights and planning to install the fixtures at 19ft high we suggest you a distance of 14ft to 24ft between them to get a good spread of light and to get approximately 66fc on the floor. For spacing between the wall and the fixture, you may leave a 7ft to 11.5ft distance.

The last example If you are using Will  Series 320w Linear High Bay Lights and want to install the fixtures at 23ft high you can leave a distance of 20ft between them to get a good spread of light and to get approximately 65fc on the floor. For spacing between the wall and the fixture you can leave a 10ft distance.
